Journaling

I left my RV in Whitehorse and took a day trip in my car to Skagway. This is a recreated gold rush town originated in the late 1890's during the Klondike fever period. Just the drive there made the trip worthwhile.

My favorite sight on the way there was Emerald Lake. The color of this lake was amazing.
I just loved how the ice made this pattern across yet another beautiful lake.
The roads were deserted enough to allow me to drive very slowly and even stop to take pictures when there weren't pull-offs to capture the beauty I was witnessing.
I never got tired of the differing views of the majestic mountains and sparkling lakes.
